What Is This Session About?
In today's evolving workplace, sustained performance depends not only on technical expertise but also on the ability to manage oneself effectively. As professionals face increasing demands, competing priorities and workplace stress, maintaining productivity, well-being and professional relevance has become essential.
This programme equips working professionals, managers and adult educators with practical strategies to strengthen self-management and personal effectiveness. Participants will explore approaches to time management, productivity, stress management and holistic well-being, while gaining insights into developing a personal brand aligned to their strengths, values and career aspirations.
Through guided reflection, self-assessment and practical application, participants will identify productivity barriers, assess stressors and develop strategies to enhance focus, resilience and professional visibility. They will also create a Personal Self-Management and Well-Being Action Plan tailored to their personal and professional context.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to manage themselves more effectively, support sustainable performance and position themselves for continued growth in a changing workplace.

Louise YT Phua is a Corporate Trainer and Advocate of Longevity and Wellbeing. By bringing clarity, calm, confidence, courage , and compassion, she aids young executives and middle managers who work in corporate environments to unlock bottlenecks and make progress. By integrating various teaching and learning methodologies, she triggers her learners to begin their learning journey and take steps to realise their future selves.
With over twenty years’ experience in talent management at multi-national companies and major conglomerates in Asia Pacific, Louise has conducted learning workshops with Harry’s, LVMH Group, National University of Singapore, National University Health System, Parkway Health Group, Sephora China, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences (Institute for Adult Learning), Swire Hotel Group China, Temasek Polytechnic, UOE Group and more.
