This workshop spans 2 days, with Day 1 focusing on understanding the intricacies of participants' voices, cultivating healthy vocal habits, and enhancing communication techniques for captivation and influence. Day 2 delves into mastering confident projection, infusing animation into speaking styles, and preserving vocal health for longevity. Combining theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and personalised coaching, the workshop fosters a dynamic learning environment tailored to individual voices and learning paces, with peer interaction ensuring continuous growth.

- identify individual speaking habits
- Describe the characteristics of a compelling voice
- Apply the best speaking voice effectively in a facilitation setting
- Demonstrate adept articulation of their message while maximizing the effectiveness of their speaking voice
- Conduct a short presentation with compelling clarity through voice presentation technique
- Demonstrate confidence in speech delivery by utilizing effective body language in conjunction with a commanding voice

Adeline Gan (Ms)
Director of Adeline Gan Vocal Studio / IVA-Certified Mentor Level Vocal Instructor, IVA Area Representative (Singapore) and World-Wide Coordinator (IVA)
Adeline Gan is a qualified, passionate, and committed music educator with more than 15 years of coaching, and 30 years of singing, recording, and performing experience. Updated constantly on vocal science and pedagogies, she trains with the best master teachers and professors of voice across the globe. After ten years of intensive education, she has attained the Mentor-Level Certification (highest level) with the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA) in 2022.
Having inspired, trained, and developed hundreds of singers through individual lessons and hundreds more through vocal pedagogy workshops. She is also China Celebrity Angela Zhang 张韶涵 personal vocal coach since 2019. Adeline has the rare ability to skillfully deliver quick yet lasting results and never ceases to transform the voices of aspiring and professional singers alike.
Challenged with vocal damage and health issues in 2007-2011, she has emerged as a change-maker at heart who empathizes with her clients' struggles and performance anxieties. Adeline's mission is to educate and inspire others while building confidence and unlocking their most actual voice potential.
