This programme is designed to equip learners with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of coaching and empower them with the skill to implement effective coaching models across different workplace contexts. Learners will delve into the meaning of coaching, explore the distinctions between coaching, mentoring, counselling, and training, and discover how coaching contributes to positive workplace practices. Betsy Ng (Ms)

Veteran educator Betsy Ng is a familiar face in the education industry, having spent 25 years in various roles from teaching and curriculum development to quality assessment at the Ministry of Education. Today, Ms Ng runs her own training practice, InnoBest-TAMI, focusing on nurturing core soft skills and competencies among students and working adults. She is also an associate lecturer at the National Institute of Education (International).
