Director, Corporate Services | Quality Service Manager

Amy leads the Corporate Services Division at IAL, overseeing key functions including Finance, Planning, Corporate Communication, Human Resources, ICT, Corporate Governance, Learning Experience Management, and Organisation Development and Engagement. She plays a pivotal role in training administration, ensuring the seamless coordination of operational processes, resource planning, and logistics to support IAL’s diverse training initiatives and learner-centric objectives. Amy also oversees the management of training facilities and systems, driving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall learning experience.

In her Human Resources role, Amy focuses on employee development and fostering a positive, productive work environment. She enhances the institute’s brand and stakeholder engagement through strategic Corporate Communication and leverages ICT to enhance organisational efficiency. Through Organisation Development and Engagement initiatives, she cultivates a collaborative and adaptive culture aligned with IAL’s mission. In addition, she oversees financial operations, optimises resource allocation, and leads strategic and continuity planning to support organizational resilience and long-term sustainability.

Amy also serves as IAL’s Quality Service Manager, where she oversees service quality standards and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance to enhance organisational effectiveness and customer experience.

A trained and qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Amy is deep expertise in accounting, finance, strategic management and operational governance. She also has extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to joining IAL, she accumulated over 20 years of experience in private educational institutions holding various senior management roles, including serving as a General Manager. Amy has successfully transitioned and thrived in a public-private sector environment.
